Who are all those black knights in western european art. THey might be the pROUD GUARDIANS OF A FORGOTTEN CHAPTER IN OUR HISTORY.
The armor
I Built this armor from scratch using zbrush and Substance 3d Painter. It is my own variation on several Augsburg armors, and the egyptian Lotus symbols are an element I added to emphasize this knight's ancient heritage.

Augsburg Field Armor 1524
This is an Augsburg field armor from the early 16th century. The bottom half of it i designed myself, as it was missing from the original piece. I used this design as the basis for the black and gold armor.
